Chartwell Dental Care was one of the first practices in Scotland to achieve membership of the BDA Good Practice Scheme in 2002. Our continuous membership since 2002 demonstrates our commitment to quality through good team working, efficient practice systems and an improved patient experience.

The Good Practice Scheme Commitment

8. We train all staff in practice-wide work systems and review training plans once a year.
9. We welcome feedback and deal promptly with complaints.
10. Every member of the practice is aware of the need to work safely under General Dental Council guidelines.
